Out of credits before month-end? Buy a one-time pack. Credits land in seconds and don't expire while your subscription is active.
Buy from the in-app cap-hit modal or from Settings → Credits.
FAQ
How does the credit system work? +
Every workspace gets a monthly grant of credits based on its plan. Credits are spent on AI actions like drafts, replies, and analysis. The cost map below shows exactly how many credits each action consumes. No hidden multipliers, no token-counting math required.
What's the difference between subscription credits and topup credits? +
Subscription credits arrive monthly and reset at the end of your billing cycle. Topup pack credits don't expire while your subscription is active. Buy them when you need a one-shot top-up without changing your plan.
Do unused subscription credits roll over? +
No. Subscription credits are sized for typical monthly usage; rolling them over would compound and skew our pricing model. Topup pack credits do persist across periods.
What happens if I run out of credits mid-month? +
AI actions return a clear cap-hit modal with two options: upgrade your plan (raises your monthly grant) or buy a topup pack right from the modal. Existing data and non-AI features stay unaffected.
Why are some actions cheaper than others? +
Prices reflect actual underlying cost (LLM tokens, third-party API fees) plus a small margin. Heavier actions like SEO long-form articles use larger models and more tokens, so they cost more credits. The full cost-vs-credit math lives in our docs.
Are sub-credit actions (0.2, 0.3, 0.5) charged in fractions? +
Single-action calls round up to a whole credit. Batched flows (e.g. scoring 50 mentions at 0.5 credits each) charge the precise sum once, so 50 × 0.5 = 25 credits, not 50.
