Anti-Spam and Acceptable Use

Effective date: June 23, 2026

This policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses Orviora. It explains what you can and cannot do when you send outreach through the Service. We keep it short and practical. The goal is to protect recipients, your deliverability, and the Service.

You are responsible for lawful use

You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your outreach and to the data you process. Depending on where you and your contacts are, these may include CAN-SPAM (US), GDPR and ePrivacy (EU), UK GDPR and PECR (UK), CASL (Canada), the Spam Act (Australia), the DPDP Act (India), and others. Orviora does not provide legal advice, and we do not guarantee that any campaign complies with the law. That is your responsibility.

Contacts you may use

  • Only contact people whose data you have a lawful right to process and contact.
  • Do not use harvested, scraped, purchased, or rented lists, or lists obtained unlawfully, unless you have verified a lawful basis and the permission needed to contact each recipient.
  • Keep accurate records of how you obtained consent or another lawful basis.

What your messages must include (where required)

  • An accurate sender identity and a truthful "from" name.
  • A valid physical mailing address.
  • A clear and working unsubscribe or opt-out option.

Honor opt-outs

  • Process unsubscribe, opt-out, objection, and deletion requests promptly.
  • Keep your suppression lists current and do not contact suppressed addresses again.

Things you must not do

  • Send spam, phishing, malware, scams, or fraudulent or deceptive offers.
  • Use misleading subject lines, deceptive or disguised sender names, impersonation, fake identities, or false or misleading headers.
  • Send illegal content, or content that is prohibited or restricted where you are sending it.
  • Try to bypass sending limits, suppression, rate limits, or other controls.

How we enforce this

To protect recipients, deliverability, and the Service, we may throttle, pause, block, or review campaigns with high bounce rates, high spam complaints, suspicious sending patterns, or policy violations. We may also suspend or terminate accounts that create legal, deliverability, abuse, security, or reputation risk. We may act with or without notice where prompt action is needed.
